Dr. Kim Rubenstein applies multidisciplinary expertise as an executive coach, consultant, clinician, and educator to create transformative leadership development methods through a combination of psychological training and data-driven strategies. She designs and delivers behavioral science assessments and talent development frameworks that help individuals and organizations thrive.

 

In the role of Co-Founder and Chief Research & Product Officer of her own technology company and consultant to other tech firms, Kim has spearheaded the design and launch of innovative technology solutions grounded in behavioral research to drive engagement and performance. Through her consulting practice, she works with executives, teams, and family business leaders on leadership development, conflict resolution, succession planning, organizational design, and cultural transformation.

 

As an executive coach, her philosophy centers on the power of the alliance. She believes that trust and connection in the coaching relationship serve as foundation for transformation. By fostering a supportive yet challenging environment, she helps leaders navigate day-to-day decision-making and long-term strategic imperatives. Her approach blends deep empathy with a rigorous understanding of human data, leveraging behavioral science, technology and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform and enhance the coaching process.

 

In addition to her consulting work, Kim is a part-time faculty member at Loyola University, where she facilitates peer groups for next-generation leaders in family businesses, helping them navigate the complexities of family dynamics, leadership, governance, succession, and legacy-building. She is also a professor in two graduate programs at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, contributing to the development of future business and clinical psychologists. Kim is deeply passionate about human potential and the transformative power of healthy relationships. She believes that self-awareness, intrinsic motivation, and curiosity are the keys to unlocking growth, allowing individuals to develop skills and competencies far beyond what they once believed possible.
